We offer two delivery options for our UK customers:

    • Dispatch: Orders will be dispatched from our UK warehouse.

  • Express Delivery:

    • Delivery Time: Within 48 hours.
    • Order Cut-off: To guarantee 48-hour delivery, orders must be placed by 9 PM (excludes public holidays).
    • Cost: £9.99.
    • Dispatch: Orders will be dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Europe Delivery

For customers in Europe, we provide an affordable and reliable delivery option:

  • EU Delivery:
    • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (excludes public holidays).
    • Cost: €7.99.
    • Dispatch: Orders will be dispatched from our EU warehouse to ensure faster delivery and reduced customs processing time.

International Delivery

For customers outside the UK and EU, we offer a flexible international delivery service:

  • International Delivery:
    • Availability: Available worldwide.
    • Cost: The cost of international delivery depends on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
    • Delivery Time: An estimated delivery timeframe will be quoted at checkout based on your location.
    • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Delivery Information

    • All orders require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
    • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched so you can monitor its progress.

  2. Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

    • We are not responsible for parcels that go missing due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses being provided. Please double-check all details before completing your order.

  3. Undeliverable Orders:

    • If your order is returned to us by the courier as undeliverable, any costs associated with the return may be charged to the customer and deducted from any refund due.

  4. Public Holidays:

    • Delivery times may be affected by public holidays in the dispatch country or destination country. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.

  5. Customs and Duties (For International Orders):

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. These charges are not included in the delivery cost.

Dispatch Times

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible:

  • Orders placed before 9 PM (Monday to Friday) are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
